According to Place North West, a real estate company is set to oversee 790 student apartments spread across two projects in Lancaster and Leeds. These new accommodations are due to be ready by September 2025.
Nido has teamed up with a collaborative project between Primus Property Group and H.I.G. Realty Partners. They will work together on the design and ongoing management of two new student accommodation developments.
Last month, it was revealed that Maslow, a finance provider, will contribute £32m toward the development of the Lancaster flats. Once the project off Bulk Road is complete, it will offer 388 new studio apartments.
The riverside project, which got the green light in November 2022, is the brainchild of Tim Groom Architects. It features two housing blocks.
Maslow will support the Leeds project with a hefty £36m investment. This exciting plan will introduce 402 new studio apartments along Regent Street, just a leisurely 15-minute stroll from the city center.
