Located in the heart of Nottingham city centre at traffic Street, Arcadian is set to welcome over 290 students when it opens in September 2024.
The 293-room PBSA property is a collaboration between EVO Student and real estate investment firm Urbium Capital, who jointly funded and developed the project on a prime 1.1 acre site opposite the intu Victoria Centre shopping mall.
Arcadian will feature a mix of self-contained studios and ensuite cluster flats, complete with premium furnishings, ultrafast broadband, and smart home technology. Students can expect extras like fitness centres, private study rooms, a wellness courtyard, and even a coffee bar onsite.
