    A.As long as the cancellation happens during the cooling-off period, reservations may be cancelled. For more details, see the cancellation clause in your rental agreement. Contacting your servicing manager will allow you to begin the cancelling procedure.

    Q. What paperwork is needed to reserve my student housing with University Living?

    A.A number of different documents are required, depending on the type of property. We normally require a copy of your passport, an official letter from the university attesting to your enrolment, and a copy of your bank statement in order to process your reservation.

    Q. What types of rooms can I choose from when I make a reservation through University Living?

    A.Private housing near academic institutions is available from University Living, together with a variety of on-site amenities, with few restrictions. Choose from a selection of studios, apartments, shared rooms, and private rooms that are available. For students taking part in summer school or exchange programs, we also permit brief stays.
