It is easy to get around by bike and public transport (trains, Sita, tramway, bus) are within 5 minutes to 3 minutes. The flat is on the third floor without lift in a very quiet building of 3 floors. Two are the characteristics of the flat: the address is in the centre in the elegant area but also not far from the markets where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables, but there are also supermarkets, clubs where you can entertain pleasantly; the house is pleasant and comfortable with a taste all Florentine and very bright. L'appartamento è in pieno centro storico a 2 minuti da via Tornabuoni dove ha sede la Scuola Marangoni e a 5 minuti dal Duomo e dalla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Si gira bene in bicicletta i mezzi pubblici sono (Treni ,Sita ,tramvia, autobus) raggiungibili dai 5 minuti ai 3minuti. L'appartamento è accogliente sito al terzo piano senza ascensore in un palazzetto di 3 piani molto tranquillo. Due sono le caratteristiche dell'appartamento:l'indirizzo è in pieno centro nella zona elegante ma anche poco distante dai mercatini dove si può reperire frutta e verdura freschissima, ma ci sono anche supermercati ,locali dove potersi intrattenere piacevolmente; la casa è piacevole e comoda con un sapore tutto fiorentino e molto luminosa. NB. Da pagare in anticipo Spese condominiali: 100 euro mensili calcolate sul soggiorno (Se rimani 5 mesi dovrai pagare 500 euro in anticipo. Se rimani un anno pagherai in anticipo i primi 6 mesi e i successivi sei mesi al fine) Servizio di pulizia: 120 euro in anticipo (per la pulizia iniziale e finale) Tassa sui rifiuti: 30 euro al mese (se rimani 5 mesi, dovrai pagare 150 euro in anticipo) Assicurazione casa: 40 euro al mese NB: Nell'appartamento si trova una camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo.
