Offresi una stanza con letto in un ampio appartamento luminoso e molto silenzioso, al terzo piano nel quartiere Monteverde. E’ presente una ampia finestra, una scrivania, una libreria ed armadio a quattro ante. Il bagno, la cucina sono in condivisione. L’appartamento è free wifi. Nel costo è compresa la pulizia settimanale della stanza, del bagno e della cucina. Il cambio settimanale della biancheria da letto e da bagno ( asciugamano viso e doccia). Vicino all’appartamento ci sono molte lavanderie a gettone ma una volta a settimana è possibile fare la lavatrice personale . L’uso della lavastoviglie è in comune . Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti negozi, supermercati e tutti i giorni un mercato di frutta e verdura, centri sportivi e anche piscine . Molto vicino all’appartamento ( 10 minuti a piedi) c’è anche il più grande parco della città : Villa Pamphili, dove è possibile fare Jogging e passeggiate in mezzo alla natura. E’ facilmente raggiungibile il centro storico città che dista solo 20 minuti con il tram 8. Inoltre è a 10 minuti dalla stazione Trastevere dove sono presenti collegamenti con l’aeroporto di Fiumicino e anche il litorale romano (Ostia, Ladispoli, Anzio..). E’ facile anche il raggiungimento della stazione ferroviaria Centrale (Stazione Termini) Ho 2 regole per vivere felicemente insieme: 1. non è ammesso ubriacarsi 2. non si possono porta(hidden)piti ROOM FOR RENT Room for rent in a bright and very quiet apartment, on the third floor in the Monteverde district. There is a wide window, a large bed, a desk, a bookcase and a 4-door wardrobe. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. The apartment has free wifi. The cost includes weekly cleaning of the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Weekly change of bed linen and towels (face and shower towel). Near the apartment there are many coin-operated laundromats but once a week it is possible to do your own washing machine. The use of the dishwasher is shared. Nearby there are many shops, supermarkets and a daily fruit and vegetable market, sports centers and even swimming pools. Very close to the apartment (10 minutes on foot) there is also the largest park in the city: Villa Pamphili, where it is possible to go jogging and walking surrounded by nature. The historic city center is easily reachable, which is only 20 minutes away by tram 8. It is also 10 minutes from Trastevere station where there are connections to Fiumicino airport and also the Roman coast (Ostia, Ladispoli, Anzio...).
