    A.University Living offers purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) with strategic locations within close proximity to universities. Such accommodations have room choices like shared and private living. Students can make choices between studios, en-suite rooms, and apartments. Those visiting the city for summer schools and exchange programs can also book accommodations for the short term.

    Q. When is the right time to book my accommodation for September intake?

    A.Try to book your accommodation as fast as you can so that you have more choice of accommodation. It is recommended to book your room for 6 months to avoid a last minute rush.

    Q. What are the different types of student rooms in Seoul?

    A.The major room types are: Sharing: These are rooms that are shared with 2 or more students with the washroom, kitchen, and other communal spaces as well. En-suite/Private: This is where you will get a bedroom and bathroom solely for private use, while the kitchen and living areas are mostly shared. Studios: A self-contained unit with a bedroom and cooking space with attached washrooms. Two people can also book one studio to share but it is solely at the provider's discretion.

    Q. Is there a replacement service if I do not like my accommodation after booking?

    A.This happens very rarely that we are unable to meet all your needs and preferences. If you still don’t like your accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try our best to replace your room within 30 days for a one-time fee of £250.
