2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer either in full or in three termly instalments.

3. Also, three weeks’ rent must be paid in advance to secure a booking.

4. A security deposit worth £400 is required after the final room inspection which is refundable. It will not be due until the first instalment in August.

Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days up to 30/06/24, and 48 hours after this point. For Leeds, free cancelations for bookings until 29th February 2024 then 7 days up to 30/06/24, and 48 hours after this point.
