Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer either in full or in 3 instalments.

3. A security deposit worth £400 is required after the final room inspection which is refundable. It will not be due until the first instalment in August.

4. Also, three week's rent must be paid in advance to secure a booking.

Cancellation Policy

1.No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days up to 30/06/24, and 48 hours after this point. For Leeds, free cancelations for bookings until 29th February 2024 then 7 days up to 30/06/24, and 48 hours after this point.
