Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week. 
  2. Rent can be paid via credit cards, debit cards or bank transfers. 
  3. To secure a booking, two weeks’ rent plus a certain amount for a mattress protector and shower curtain (if applicable) are required. 
  4. Booking can be done securely after paying a bond of four weeks’ rent (for rent A$800/week or less) and six weeks’ rent (for rent A$801/week or more).  
  5. A certain amount of departure cleaning fee is also required. 

Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period – There is no cooling-off period for this property. You need to pay a cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your booking.
