Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent needs to be paid every week via telegraphic transfer or credit cards.
  3. Booking can be done securely after paying an advance deposit worth two weeks’ rent. This rent is non-refundable and will go towards the initial rent payment.
  4. A bond deposit worth four weeks’ of rent is required for studios and 2-bed apartments. For ensuite standard and 8-bed apartments, the bond is equivalent to two weeks’ rent.
  5. Also, 55 AUD for shower curtain & mattress protector and a certain prepaid cleaning fee are required.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at least 7 days prior to the students' lease commencement date in case of university or visa rejection.
