Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via the direct debit form with UniLodge on a monthlyΒ basis.
  3. An advance payment equivalent to four weeks' rent is required at the time of booking.
  4. Booking can be done securely after paying an annual fee (Residential Life Program, Facilities & Damages Fund) worth $160, an application fee worth $55 and an administration fee worth $350.
  5. Also, a departure cleaning fee of $160 is payable at the start of the contract.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing up to 28 days prior to your contract start date.
