Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid either in full or fortnightly as per convenience.

4. A bond amounting to 4 weeks' rent must be paid in advance to secure a booking.

5. A $24 fee is charged per week for the use of the parking lot.

6. Domestic applicants must be at least 17 years of age. Domestic applicants under 17 must speak with the VM. 

7. Also, international applicants under the age of 18 are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period – There is no cooling-off period for this property. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions for more details.
