  1. The prices listed are per person, per week. 
  2. Rent can be paid via credit card and bank transfer. 
  3. A bond amount worth four weeks’ rent is required at the time of booking.  
  4. Booking can be done securely after paying an advance rent worth two-week rent. 

5. Also, a package fee (cleaning, linen, towels & internet) worth $140-$200 AUD needs to be paid during the booking. 

Cancellation Policy

Initial/Cooling-off Period - You cannot cancel the booking once you have signed the tenancy agreement. All cancellations will result in the forfeiture of any payments already made, such as deposits or advance rent.
