Payment Info

  1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via credit cards, debit cards, or bank transfers.
  3. Booking can be done securely after paying a bond amount worth four week's rent for more than 4 weeks booking. However, for less than or equal to four weeks booking a key deposit worth A$50 is required.
  4. Also, a compulsory room cleaning fee of A$60 per person for single rooms and A$30 per person for twin shared/4-people shared rooms is also required to secure a booking. 

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing atleast 14 days before the start date of the contract.
