Rent can be paid online via debit cards, credit cards, or bank transfers.
Booking can be made securely after paying a bond deposit of either two weeks' rent or four weeks' rent, which must be paid in cash at the time of booking.

A check-out cleaning fee of AUD $130 for single rooms or AUD $65 for other room types will be deducted from the bond.
A linen pack is available for purchase at AUD$150 or for rental at A$50.

Cancellation Policy

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- If you cancel your booking with more than 4 weeks' notice before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund of weekly fees, but the placement fee is non-refundable. With less than 4 weeks' notice, you forfeit the first 4 weeks' payment and placement fee, but any extra weekly fees paid will be refunded. If cancellation is made with less than 2 weeks' notice, you forfeit the first 8 weeks' payment and placement fee, with a refund for any additional weekly fees.
