On receiving the rental offer, two week's advance rent needs to be paid for any additional service options that you choose.
A bond equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent needs to be paid.
No application fees are required but a non-compulsory fee worth A$240 can be paid as cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 72 hours from the time of booking.
