Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid via debit/credit card. Fortnightly rent can be paid via direct debit, payment in full can be done with a credit or debit card via the Student Portal.

4. A bond equal to 4 weeks' rent + 2 weeks' advance rent must be paid to secure a booking. For short stays a A$100 admin fee has to be paid to secure booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at least 30 days prior to the agreement start date.
