  2. Rent can be paid on a fortnightly basis via bank transfer.
  3. Booking can be done securely after paying a bond worth three weeks’ rent and an advance fee worth two weeks’ rent.
  4. Also, a cleaning fee worth AUD 70 - AUD 150 is required.

Cancellation Policy

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- There is no cooling-off period. Tenants can either find a replacement under the same terms without penalty or pay a break fee based on the agreement duration. The break fee starts at 4 weeks' rent if less than 25% of the agreement has expired, reducing to 1 week if over 75% has expired. Additionally, a three week advance notice to the office is required.
