Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. Booking can be made by filling out the accommodation form on the website.

3. Rent can be paid in full or in instalments via credit or debit card.

4. Booking can be made securely upon payment of an occupancy fee equivalent to 2 weeks' rent and 2 weeks' bond.

5. Students need to pay a non-refundable A$100 membership fee to be paid via credit card to apply for the property. 

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 14 days before the agreement's start date.
