  2. Rent can be paid on a fortnightly, semester, or annual basis. 
  3. Booking can be done securely after paying an application fee worth $55. 
  4. Also, an annual cleaning fee worth A$160 for studios/1 bed apartments and A$85 for all shared apartments is required.
  5. A security deposit worth four week’s of the rent is also required.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period – There is no cooling-off period for this property. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions for more details.
