Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid on a monthlyΒ basis. via the direct debit form with UniLodge.
  3. A security deposit equivalent to 4 weeks' rent is required at the time of booking which is refundable.
  4. Also, an application fee of A$55, an administration fee of A$350, and an annual fee (Residential Life Program, Facilities, Damages) of A$180 are required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. Initial/Cooling-Off Period: You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing, more than 28 days before the contract start date.
