Rent can be paid via E-transfer, Wire Transfer, or Direct Deposit.
Booking can be done securely after having paid a security deposit equivalent to 50% of the monthly rent.
Rent is due on the first day of each month.

Cancellation Policy

Initial/Cooling-Off Period: There is no cooling-off period for the property. Please note that cancellations can only be made once you have moved into the property.
