Cancellation Policy

Initial/Cooling-Off Period: There is no cooling-off period for the property. Please note that cancellations can only be made once you have moved into the property.

Students may buy food and needs at Vancouver Fresh Mart which is a short walk from the property.
During the weekends, students can visit Vancouver Seawall a well-known tourist site.
