Payment Info

  1. The listed prices are per person, per month.
  2. Rent can be paid in monthly instalments up to 3rd day of each month.
  3. Booking can be made after paying a refundable deposit amount which is 1.5 months’ rent for up to 6 months length of stay, otherwise 2 months' rent.
  4. Booking can be done securely after paying a non-refundable one-time handling fee of 200€.
  5. The “Rundfunkbeitrag” (German „TV tax“) charge is 18,36 € per month. Not required if you have BAFöG from the German government.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay – Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course.
