Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via Direct Debit on the first day of the month.
  3. Booking can be done securely after paying a reservation fee equivalent to one weeks’ rent which will be shown as a credit towards the first rental payment.
  4. Rent can be paid in up to 9 instalments, depending on the tenancy length with a UK-based guarantor. In the absence of a UK-based guarantor, rent needs to be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3) Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at any time during the 7 days after the date of this Booking unless the Move-In Date has occurred before then.
