The nearest bus stop is a 4-minutes’ walk away and the nearest tram station, Broadstone - DIT Luas Stop, is a 7-minutes’ walk away from the residence. The Connolly Train Station takes 19- minutes to reach by tram so you can plan a weekend getaway with your friends.

Payment Info

The listed prices are per person, per week.
A Utilities fee worth 59€ per week is added into your weekly rent.
The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or direct bank transfers.
An Advance Licence fee worth €500 is required to make the booking.
The rent can be paid in ten installments with an Irish guarantor. In the absence of an Irish guarantor the rent needs to be paid in full upfront.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3) Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - For bookings made prior to 1st May 2024, you can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at any time with no penalty up until the 1st May if you have not collected the keys to your room. For bookings made after 1st May 2024, this cooling-off period will be reduced to 14 days from the date on which you sign your Licence.
