Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Booking can be done securely after paying a security deposit worth four week’s rent which will be refundable.
  3. Rent can be paid in 2 equal instalments via credit cards, debit cards or bank transfers.
  4. A minimum €50 standard cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit at the time of departure.
  5. An additional estimated cost of electricity worth €10 per week per student is required.
  6. For bookings made for one semester, the security deposit and the full rent must be paid in advance.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial/Cooling-Off Period: There is no cooling-off period for the property. However, you can only cancel your booking if you do not get a place at the college in Dublin.
