  2. Booking can be done securely after having paid a deposit bond worth $560 and the advance rent equivalent to $319.
  3. Rent can be paid on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis in advance.
  4. An additional one-time internet connection fee of $99 must be paid as well.
