Payment Info

1. The prices listed are per person, per month.

2. Rent can be paid directly through the Resident Portal, either by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

3. The booking can be done securely after paying the first month's rent and a refundable security deposit of €1000, 30 days before arrival.

4. Also, a booking fee equivalent to €250 is also required which is non-refundable at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3) Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within a maximum of 14 days from the signature date to the Start Date of the Agreement.
