Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Rent can be paid in instalments, EMI via credit card and bank transfer.
  3. A security deposit worth 1500€ deposit + 5% of total contract value is due 48 hours after reservation.
  4. A registration fee worth 350€ is required on the reservation date.
  5. The first month's rent is due two months prior to the arrival date. Rest can be paid monthly on the first to fifth day of each month.
  6. Also, a 50€ fee is applicable for late payments after 5 days.

Cancellation Policy

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period – There is no cooling-off period for this property. Once you have made the booking, all amounts paid are non-refundable.
