Payment Info

1. Prices listed are per person, per Month.

2. Rent can be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfers.

3. Rent can be paid in two instalments i.e. 1st instalment will be done without any premium within 72 hours and the 2nd instalment with a 2% premium on 19th January along with the normal payment schedule.

4. An advance licence fee equivalent to four weeks' rent is required at the time of booking which is a pre-payment towards the rent cycle.
