Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Rent can be paid in monthly instalments with a Spain-based guarantor. In the absence of a Spain-based guarantor, rent needs to be paid in full. For more information on guarantor, kindly contact the support team.
  3. For monthly payments, rent can be paid between the first and the fifth of each month via direct debit.
  4. To secure a booking, a deposit of €1550 is required, with an initial payment of €300 due at the time of booking and the remaining €1250 to be paid later.
