Payment Info

  2. Students need to pay the security deposit of €800 by bank transfer.
  3. Rent can be paid through direct debit, card or bank transfer.
  4. Rent can either be paid in full or in monthly instalments.
  5. Additional charges may be required while choosing between half-board or full-board accommodations.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3) Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - There is no cooling-off period for the cancellation of the booking. Cancellations are based on the non-refundable conditions.
