No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within 5 days before your contract starts, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 48-hours of signing the contract. However, you shouldn’t have accepted the tenancy agreement.
