  1. Prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Booking can be done securely after having paid a security deposit £150 for 2024-25 and £99 for 2025-26.
  3. Rent can either be paid in 3, 4 or 10 instalments with a UK guarantor or in full without a UK guarantor.
  4. Rent can be paid via bank transfer, property reception, online after logging into your student account or by telephone to the property team.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing up to 7 days after you accept the offer or pay the deposit.
