The listed prices are per person, per week.
An advance rent of £100 is payable and £250 deposit is required with the first rental instalment.
The rent needs to be paid annually and for those who wish to pay in three installments will require a UK guarantor.
No application fee is charged during the booking process except the Advance amount.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university/college that you have not received your place, along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence of your visa being refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-off Period – You can cancel your booking by sending us an email within 7 days for booking before or after 1st August, for the academic year starting 1st September. However, the cooling-off will be reduced to 48 hours from the date and time of signing the Tenancy Agreement.
