Payment Info

2. The rent may be paid via direct debit/credit or via bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 instalments with a UK Guarantor.

4. A fee of £250 must be paid in advance to make a booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing prior to 1st May 2024 and you have not collected the keys to your room. This cooling-off period will be reduced to 14 days if you sign your tenancy agreement on or after 1st May 2024, unless the tenancy agreement has already commenced and you have not collected the keys.
