Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week. 
  2. Rent can be paid via credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers or through the student account on the website.  
  3. Rent can either be paid in full, 2 instalments with 2.5% premium charge or 4 instalments with 5% premium charge.  
  4. Booking can be done securely after paying an advance licence fee worth two weeks’ contract. 
  5. No security deposit or guarantor is required to secure a booking.  

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay(Not valid on clearing rooms)- Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay(Not valid on clearing rooms) - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 5 days from the date of booking, for bookings made until 27th May 2025. This cooling-off period will be reduced to 48 hours for bookings made on or after 27th May 2025. Please note there is no cooling off period on the clearing rooms.
