The Railyard is a recently built student accommodation in Cambridge located on Station Road. It is convenient for students who are studying at the University of Cambridge as it is just a short walk away from where they are staying. The campus of Anglia Ruskin University is a 23-minutes’ walk away from the accommodation making it easy for the students who have enrolled there.

The accommodation is in proximity to Cambridge’s City Centre which is why it is preferred by students who have moved to the city from all around the world. With so many things that the city has to offer right at your doorstep, you can always unwind from your studies and explore the city and make it your own.

All the rooms are designed in a way to offer maximum comfort to students so that they don’t feel homesick much. Apart from ample storage space for your clothes, there is also a study space with a desk and chair, a fully fitted kitchen, and a large dining area where you can spend time with other students. 1. A security deposit of £100 is required to to secure a booking.

2. The rent may be paid either in full or in 4 instalments with or without a UK Guarantor.

3. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 48 hours of accepting and completing your tenancy online. For bookings made after 1st August for the forthcoming academic year, there is no cooling-off period and you cannot cancel your booking.
