Payment Info

  2. Rent can be paid via Direct Debit on the first day of the month.
  3. A reservation fee worth one-week's rent is charged to secure the booking which will be shown as a credit towards the first rental payment.
  4. Rent can be paid in four instalments with a UK-based guarantor. In the absence of a UK-based guarantor, rent needs to be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing during the 7 days after the date of the booking unless the move-in date has occurred before then.
