Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in upto 4 instalments with a UK or international guarantor. In the absence of a UK or international guarantor, the rent needs to be paid in full, upfront.

4. An advance rent of £200 is required in order to secure your booking for 2025/26 intake.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - To cancel the booking, you must provide written confirmation within 72 hours of obtaining your results, along with proof of rejection from the selected university or college or a screenshot of UCAS confirming that the necessary results were not obtained. 2. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within 72 hours of your visa being refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period – You can cancel the booking by sending us in writing post of email by 5th day or before 31st July, whichever is sooner. For cancellation in the cooling-off period, Advance Rent will be refunded within 28 days.
