Payment Info

2. Rent can be paid through an online portal via Western Union or Alipay.

3. The rent can either be paid in full or in 2 or 3 installments. Also, a UK Guarantor is required.

4. Reservation fee of £100 must be paid in advance to reserve a room and security deposit of £350 must be paid with the 1st rental instalment.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period – There is no cooling-off period for the property. Once you have signed the tenancy agreement, you’ll be responsible for the full rent unless and eligible replacement tenant is found.
