2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit card or via bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid either in full (with 2% discount) or in instalments with a UK based guarantor.

4. An advance payment of £199 ( £99 at the time of booking + £100 is added to the 1st instalment) contributed towards electricity, must be paid to secure a booking.

5. To acquire a parking permit for a year the residents must pay £250 before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – If you didn’t get your place at University we will cancel your booking for you. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with the evidence of the refusal sent to us. 3. If circumstances relating to Covid19 create a travel ban or there are illnesses bookings for the 2020/21 academic year will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued if required.
