Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- A tenant may cancel the tenancy agreement within 7 days of signing the contract and paying the deposit unless you have already collected the key. Provided the request is submitted in writing and received within this cooling-off period. However, cancellations are not permitted if the tenancy start date has already passed, even if the request falls within 7 days.
