Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. An advance rent of £150 and a refundable security deposit of £150 is required to secure a booking.

4. Rent can be paid in full or upto 9 installments depending upon the tenency period. A UK Guarantor is not required to pay in installments.

Cancellation Policy

1.No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 72 hours of signing the contract. From the 1st of August 2024, the “cooling off” period is reduced from 72 to 24 hours after receiving the countersigned Occupation Contract.
