It’s just 5 minutes away from the University of Glasgow and a 15 minutes’ tube ride from the University of Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian University. Discount stores, medical centers and subway stations. Our regular events will help you make new friends and find a home away from home.

1. A security deposit of £100 (which will be adjusted against the rent) must be paid in advance to make a booking.

2. The rent may be paid either in full or in 5 instalments with or without a UK Guarantor.

3. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

4. The listed prices are per person, per week.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- For bookings made between 1st October and 31st July for the upcoming academic year starting 1st September, cancellations are allowed by sending us email within 48 hours of accepting and completing your tenancy online. After 1st August, no cancellations are permitted, and once you’ve accepted the tenancy and checked in, you are legally bound to the terms, including full payment.
