The prices listed are per person, per week.
Rent can be paid via direct debit, credit cards or bank transfers.
Rent can be paid in three instalments for a full year contract and two installments for a semester contract with a UK/international guarantor. In the absence of a guarantor, rent needs to be paid in full.
An advance rent of £200 is required at the time of booking which will be applied towards the first rent payment cycle.

Cancellation Policy

1. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- A tenant may cancel the tenancy agreement within 5 days of booking by sending the cancelling request via email or written. Once the tenancy date has started, cancellation or surrender of your tenancy will not be accepted unless a replacement tenant is found for the Room.

The property is located close to a lot of pharmacies.
When out of supplies, students can visit one of the nearest supermarkets.
The properties come with a free Wi-Fi facility that can be used for binge-watching Netflix shows after an exhausting day at work or college.
