This charming four-bed bronze apartment features four generously sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Access to this apartment is available via lift. Inside every bedroom, you will find high-quality furnishings including a comfortable small double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a study desk, and a chair. Please note that bedding and soft furnishings are not provided, so you will need to bring your own. In addition to the bedrooms, residents have access to a communal living room and a shared kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking hob, microwave, sink, and washing machine for your convenience. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a smart TV for your enjoyment. Keep in mind that the shared kitchen and living room will be used by residents from up to four rooms in the apartment.

Payment Info

The prices listed are per person, per week.
Rent can be paid via credit card, debit card or bank transfers.
An advanced rent worth £250 is required to make the booking.
The rent may be paid either in full or termly or in monthly installments with an international guarantor. The monthly installment plans are available with a surcharge of 2%.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days of accepting your tenancy agreement. If you book your accommodation on or after 1 August 2024, your cooling-off period will reduce to 24 hours only from the point you accept it.
