Payment Info

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 2 instalments with a non-UK Guarantor or 4 instalments with a UK Guarantor.

4. Resident need to pay one week rent at the time of booking and a security deposit of 400 gbp within 20 days of making the booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days once you have accepted your online Tenancy Agreement.
