Rent can be paid either in four instalments with a UK guarantor or in full without a UK guarantor.
Rent can be paid via bank transfers only.
A security deposit worth £400 is required at the time of booking.
Dual occupancy can be availed at an extra supplement fee of 20%.

Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university/college or CAO within seven working days of confirmation that you have not received your place, along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No VISA, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within 7 days of your visa being refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period – You can cancel the booking by writing an email within 7 days of cooling-off period. You will not be entitled to a refundable deposit after this period.
